Withdrawal from Contract
Model withdrawal form pursuant to Annex 3 of Act No. 102/2014 Coll.

I. Right to withdraw
If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of taking possession of the goods without giving a reason, in accordance with Act No. 102/2014 Coll.
The deadline is met if the withdrawal notice is sent before the 14-day period expires.
II. Exception — personalised goods
The right to withdraw cannot be exercised for an order that contains a crochet heart with personalised text (name, nickname or other individual word). For an order without personalised text, the right to withdraw applies as standard — choosing a colour, motif or other variant from a pre-set list does not count as personalisation.
III. How to withdraw
You can submit your withdrawal in one of the following ways:

V. Returning the goods
Send the goods back to the seller's registered address within 14 days of giving notice of withdrawal. The deadline is met if the goods are sent before it expires.
The cost of returning the goods is borne by the buyer. Pack the goods carefully so they are not damaged in transit. We recommend sending them as an insured parcel — the sender is liable for loss or damage in transit.
VI. Refund of the purchase price
The seller will refund the received payment (including the cost of delivery to the consumer, up to the amount of the cheapest delivery option offered) within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice.
The refund will be made by the same method as the original payment (bank transfer to the account given in the withdrawal notice), unless the parties agree otherwise.
The seller is not obliged to refund the price before the goods are returned to them or before the consumer proves that the goods have been sent back.
VII. Reduction in value of the goods
The consumer is liable for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods. In other words: you can try the goods as if you were in a brick-and-mortar shop, but you cannot use them.
